Family Vacation

We just returned from an official White Family Vacation -- the first in who knows how many years. My parents rented a beach house in Baja Mexico, a bit south of Ensenada, and we all headed down. It was really beautiful, we had miles and miles of beach all to ourselves, and it was great to spend time together. Joseph liked getting to know his aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins better, and he really liked the water. He'd plow right through the sand and as far out in the water as we would possibly let him.

Best family ever.

First of all, I left Mexico 36 hours early—that's at most two days early, but more like one day early.
Second, no one ever mentioned taking any family pictures during any of the three days I was in Mexico.
I have a hunch that this whole "family-picture- minus-Todd" idea was no doubt hatched by another brother-in-law in yet another attempt to overtake my status in the family hierarchy.

I love that picture where Joseph is just this tiny little speck against the ocean/horizon. What an adventurous little guy!

Kiersten, I'm going to go ahead and say the Corry's tie for BFE. Looks like you guys had a blast. Remember when we all went to that all inclusive resort in Mexico and fell in love with an Argentine and danced at the discotecque. I'm thinking that was more than ten years ago....are we that old?

no hot argentinians this time. but most all of us were married this time around anyway ...
